Placements24 is seeking a highly proficient BIM Coordinator for our client, a leading architectural firm in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will develop BIM standards, manage central models, and lead design coordination across multiple projects.

You will train project teams, perform clash detection with Navisworks, ensure data integrity, and push BIM workflows from concept to documentation while staying current with the latest BIM practices.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of BIM coordination experience.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of design, construction processes, and information management.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication and training ability.
