Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for architectural projects.
• Create and manage complex architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit).
• Ensure model integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve conflicts within models.
• Generate construction documentation, visualizations, and reports from BIM models.
• Provide training and technical support to design teams on BIM software and processes.
• Stay current with BIM technologies and industry best practices.
• Assist in development of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards.
