Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator for a fully remote role to drive BIM strategy across multiple construction projects. You will lead BIM model coordination, resolve clashes, maintain data integrity and support project teams with advanced BIM expertise from anywhere.

In this position you’ll develop and enforce BIM workflows, collaborate with designers, engineers and contractors, and mentor junior BIM staff while ensuring accurate 3D models and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Proficiency with industry-standard BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM workflows and standards across projects.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes.
• Develop and maintain the project BIM execution plan.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to optimize design and construction processes using BIM.
