Placements24 in Gauteng is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role supports end-to-end recruitment for diverse clients, with emphasis on English plus an additional local language.

A hybrid work model balances remote flexibility with in-office collaboration in Tembisa. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Fluency in English and another SA language is essential.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for client roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media and networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews for fit and qualifications.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and CRM systems.
• Provide admin support to the recruitment team as needed.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
