Job summary

CCG Systems is seeking a BI & Solutions Team Lead to join the Data Analytics team at our Johannesburg head office. The role is a senior position providing operational, technical and team leadership across BI, reporting and data analytics, ensuring solutions are scoped, designed, developed, tested, deployed and handed over in line with client requirements.

The incumbent will oversee BI delivery lifecycle, govern reporting standards, model data, and manage stakeholder expectations, including

Qualifications

• Senior BI lead with strong leadership skills
• Experience in BI development, reporting and data analytics
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, data modelling and reporting architecture

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, technical, and team leadership across BI, reporting and data analytics.
• Ensure BI and reporting solutions are scoped, designed, developed, quality assured, implemented, and delivered per requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and handover.
• Guide Finance Management activities related to BI projects including pricing, quotations and tender inputs.
• Lead Learning and Development for BI staff and manage staffing.
• Manage client and vendor engagements, provide demonstrations and progress updates.
