Job summary

The Globevest Group is seeking a Head: Business Intelligence in Centurion to lead the BI function, data architecture, reporting and analytics. The role drives integration with pharmacies, doctors, hospitals and providers through medical switches and Web API connections.

You will own data warehouse and data lake, set governance, expand anomaly detection and deliver BI solutions to stakeholders while managing a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric, degree in Data Science or related quantitative field.
• Training or practical experience in project management or systems integration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the BI strategy and roadmap.
• Establish and lead the BI department, including operating model and delivery priorities.
• Own the data warehouse, data lake and reporting architecture; integrate data sources.
• Design, automate and deliver reporting (operational, client, regulatory, executive).
• Manage stakeholders and translate requirements into BI solutions, reports and dashboards.
• Establish data governance, data quality, security and single source of truth.
