Job summary

Rohloff Group is seeking a Database Administrator to support BI environments, ETL processes, and SQL Server operations in a stable, secure data platform. You will monitor health, assist with ETL jobs, and ensure backups and disaster recovery readiness.

Responsibilities include security administration, change deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement of BI services in a collaborative team. 2+ years’ DBA/BI experience required.

Qualifications

Degree in ICT or related field and at least 2 years DBA/BI support experience.
Proficient in SQL fundamentals and relational databases.
Experience with SSIS/SSRS/SSAS or Power BI preferred.
Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor SQL Server availability, performance, disk space, and health.
Support ETL/BI jobs, data refresh dependencies, and logs.
Manage backups, restores, and disaster recovery testing.
Administer database security, access, and audits.
Assist with deployment of database scripts and changes.
Maintain DBA documentation and SOPs.
Provide BI service support and drive improvements.
