Job summary

iLaunch (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to drive BI solutions in a logistics-focused environment. You will analyse business challenges, capture customer requirements, and translate trends into measurable improvements.

You will own BI reporting, engage stakeholders, and deliver project-based value across the supply chain. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in business analysis and project management, with exposure to BI tools and client-facing delivery.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Solutions, Commercial Support or Process Improvement Project Management.
Exposure to BI and reporting environments.
Experience in logistics, courier, transportation, supply chain or related industries advantageous.

Responsibilities

Analyse business challenges, customer requirements, and performance trends and implement effective business solutions.
