Responsibilities

• Prepare fields for current/next day.
• Prepare racing schedule in advance.
• Process late cancellation requests.
• Confirm bets.
• Handle queries from all branches and the helpline.
• Laying bets for VIP Clients.
• Assist early morning Oddsmaker with live betting and pricing UK racing.
• Maintain a manual spreadsheet and send to audits daily.
