Job summary

Hollywoodbets in Umhlanga, Durban seeks a Marketing Assistant to join the Purple Team. You will provide administrative support to the marketing department and assist with events, promotions, and campaigns, helping to keep records up to date and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will work closely with coordinators, update databases, and contribute to market research and stock management. A 1-2 year marketing experience is preferred to deliver value from day one.

What You’ll Do For The Brand

• Administrative assistance and office support for the department
• Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions are required.
• Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases.
• Ordering of marketing materials, stock takes and replenishment of stock.
• Daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of department.
• Updating of stakeholder database.
• Run promotions where required.
• Arrange branding and marketing materials for promotions.
• Input required with new campaigns.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Works on campaigns with the coordinators.
• Helping to organize market research.
• Accomplishes marketing and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
