Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman in residential building.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; leadership ability in Benoni.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on residential sites.
