Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Foreman, or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques across trades.
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physical ability to work on construction sites in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors.
