Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail beauty sales or as a makeup artist/skincare advisor.
• In-depth knowledge of beauty brands, makeup techniques, and skincare ingredients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A passion for beauty and a genuine desire to help customers look and feel their best.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a retail sales team.
• Experience with makeup application and skin analysis is highly desirable.
