Job summary

The Globevest Group is seeking a Client Booking & Sales Coordinator for a busy salon environment in Centurion. This role emphasizes sales, client engagement, and diary management to keep the salon fully booked.

Key duties include responding to enquiries via social channels, converting leads to bookings, following up, and promoting skincare products. You should be highly organised, target-driven, and fluent in Afrikaans and English, with excellent phone and WhatsApp communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty/salon industry is advantageous but not required.
• Strong sales ability and people skills required.
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• Able to maintain organised diary and meet targets.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Comfortable with phone and WhatsApp communication.

Responsibilities

• Responding to new enquiries and leads from social channels.
• Calling prospective clients and converting enquiries into bookings.
• Following up leads consistently.
• Rebooking existing clients and assisting with client retention.
• Reactivating previous and inactive clients.
• Filling cancellations and gaps in the diary.
• Confirming appointments and reducing cancellations and no-shows.
• Managing the salon diary efficiently.
• Processing payments and assisting with front-desk administration.
• Providing excellent client service from first enquiry through follow-up.
• Promoting skincare products to clients.
• Collaborating with therapists and management to hit monthly targets.
