Placements24 in Randburg, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking a certified Child Behavior Analyst (ABA Specialist) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy for children with ASD and other developmental challenges.

The role includes FBAs, BIPs, direct therapy, supervision of RBTs, data collection, and parent training, with on-site delivery and remote data work. Strong ethics, communication, and telehealth comfort are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA therapy experience with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Strong ABA knowledge, ethics, and data reporting skills.
• Supervisory and training abilities.
• Comfort with telehealth for remote duties.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to identify function of behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans based on FBA results.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to children.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with educators and clinicians.
• Maintain accurate confidential records and progress reports.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Manage caseloads and balance on-site and remote duties.
