Job summary

Isilumko Staffing requires a senior professional to lead Preferential Procurement monitoring, BBBEE compliance, and supplier performance across the organization. You will coordinate verification, manage scorecards, and drive improvements with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will track BBBEE milestones, ensure audit readiness, and engage suppliers to support BBBEE transformation initiatives in procurement decisions. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in procurement, compliance management, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in management and compliance systems.
• Ability to develop and implement scorecards, reports, and improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of BBBEE legislation, Codes of Good Practice, and transformation frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing supplier compliance and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all Preferential Procurement monitoring activities across the organization.
• Track and report on BBBEE spend, milestones, targets, and KPIs monthly.
• Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate the annual BBBEE verification process, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
• Validate supplier BBBEE certificates and monitor expiry dates, engaging suppliers proactively.
• Support business units in interpreting BBBEE requirements and integrating them into sourcing and procurement decisions.
• Develop methodologies and tools for supplier performance measurement and produce monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance supplier performance and foster continuous improvement.
• Engage with non-compliant suppliers to provide guidance and support BBBEE transformation efforts.
• Participate in sourcing planning to ensure BBBEE considerations are incorporated into procurement evaluations.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on BBBEE policies and standards.
• Monitor legislative changes and industry best practices to keep our processes aligned.
