Job summary

The Capital is seeking a motivated Barman to deliver high standards of guest beverage service in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will mix and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic and coffee drinks with precision, while maintaining a friendly and efficient front-of-house experience.

You will handle stock, assist with inventory, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service. The role requires Matric, 1-2 years barman experience, cocktail skills, calm under pressure, and good HMS system

Qualifications

• Matric, 1–2 year barman experience required.
• Good bar skills including cocktails and specialised drinks.
• Calm under pressure with a hands-on problem solving approach.
• Ability to work in a team or independently and communicate well with staff and guests.
• Honest, presentable and a strong team player with attention to detail.
