You will manage setup, service, and breakdown of banquets, coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff, and liaise with clients to understand their vision and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banqueting, event management, or a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage staff effectively and ensure high standards of service.
• Excellent understanding of food and beverage service protocols and event logistics.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
• Experience in client relationship management is essential.
