Placements24 is seeking a skilled Banqueting Manager in Soweto to oversee all banquet, conference, and special event functions. You will lead the banqueting team, ensure high service standards and client satisfaction from inquiry to follow-up, and coordinate closely with clients and staff.

You will manage event planning, menus, costing, and on-site execution while maintaining budgets and safety standards. The role offers a dynamic, high-volume environment in Gauteng and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Banqueting Manager or similar role.
• Strong event planning and beverage service knowledge.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event management software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all banqueting operations from setup to breakdown.
