Qualifications

• Proven experience in banquet or event service management within a high-volume catering or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Knowledge of service etiquette, food and beverage presentation, and event protocols.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by event schedules in Benoni.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet and catered events.
• Manage, train, and schedule banquet service staff, ensuring they are professional and well-prepared.
