Job summary

Betway Africa is seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Associate to source and manage statement data, resolve SLA-bound queries, and process manual credits accurately. You will communicate with internal teams and service providers, escalate discrepancies, and support end-to-end banking processes.

A relevant BCom or near-completion is preferred, with willingness to learn and grow. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, meticulous data handling, and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Relevant tertiary qualification (BCom or similar) or working towards one.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage statement data accurately in line with operational requirements
• Resolve queries and escalations within defined SLAs

• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation or efficiency enhancements
• Continuously build knowledge and improve performance through self-development
• Support the resolution of operational and product-related issues
