BET Care Group Pty Ltd in Mt Barker, SA is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker to empower participants to live independently. The role delivers person-centred supports as part of a team, following individual plans such as Health Care, Medication, Meal and Manual Handling plans.

You will participate in a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts, while ensuring compliance and ongoing training.

Formación

• Certificate III in Disability or equivalent required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• WWCC required for working with participants.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Manual Handling certification.
• Assist with Medication certification.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Valid working rights in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and monitor client support plans.
• Deliver supports in a client-focused and person-centred manner.
• Build professional relationships with participants, families and stakeholders.
• Work within the house’s established rhythm of service.
• Complete compliance and mandatory training requirements.
• Work across a 24/7 roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Female Support Workers to join our team in Mt Barker, South Australia to Support Female Participants.
The Role
Using a person-centred and active support approach, the Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality supports to people living with disability.
You will be required to work in line with each participant's plans, including:

• Individual Support Plan
• Health Care Plan
• Medication Plan
• Meal Plan
• Manual Handling Plan

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain and monitor client support plans
• Deliver supports in a client-focused and person-centred manner
• Build professional and positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
• Work within the established rhythm of service for the house
• Fulfil all compliance and mandatory training requirements
• Work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts (essential)

Skills & Essential Requirements

• Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
