Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC in South Africa is seeking proactive Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across the country.

As an SDR, you will identify decision makers, build contact lists, and craft personalized outbound sequences to book discovery calls for our Account Executives. You will maintain clean CRM data and collaborate closely with the sales team.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred, with quota carrying background.
• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
