Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking discovery calls with qualified prospects.

This is a full-time remote role. You will operate with tools like Sales Navigator, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to build pipelines, test messaging and accelerate the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred; full-cycle closers who have carried a quota are welcome.
• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
