Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outbound sales or cold calling experience.

You Will

• Onboard new business customers, build strong relationships, and promote adoption of client procurement solutions
• Understand client needs and offer flexible payment terms, cost‑saving opportunities, and supplier options that support operational goals
• Guide clients in using analytics tools to improve visibility, control spending, and make data‑driven procurement decisions
• Assist clients in integrating digital purchasing tools with their systems to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes
• Monitor account health, usage, and savings, providing regular updates and insights to support continued client success
• Conduct outbound calls to businesses using structured contact lists
• Manage prospect data independently while proactively identifying and maximising business opportunities
• Complete administrative tasks to support compliance with internal processes and operational standards
• Engage professionally with gatekeepers, build rapport, and navigate conversations toward reaching key decision‑makers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer requests across multiple platforms while delivering a positive customer experience

Concentrix Is a Great Match If You

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound sales or cold calling
• Have at least 1 year of contact centre experience supporting an international campaign
• Have Matric or an equivalent qualification
• Have a clear criminal and credit record
• Are proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Have strong negotiation and communication skills
• Are self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Are comfortable working toward targets
• Are computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems quickly and effectively
• Can type at least 26 words per minute
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are available to work shifts in a 24/7 environment
