Job summary

Bluegrass Digital is seeking an energetic and organised Business Development Representative to generate qualified introductory meetings for our senior commercial team. This junior, outbound sales role focuses on researching prospects, initiating conversations and setting meetings through calls, personalised emails and LinkedIn outreach.

You will identify technology and business decision-makers across South Africa, Europe and the US, maintain accurate prospect lists in our CRM, and qualify

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in outbound B2B sales, telesales or lead generation.
• Confident speaking to business decision-makers by phone.
• Clear, professional written communication for personalised email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience using a CRM such as Pipedrive.
• Ability to research companies and contacts independently based on ICP.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies that fit the ICP across SA, Europe and US.
• Identify relevant technology, digital, product and business decision-makers.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect lists and CRM records.
• Run outbound prospecting via calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects at initial level and arrange discovery meetings.
