Red Ember Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is seeking a results-driven New Business Sales Executive to join their George-based team. You will identify opportunities in the logistics and courier space, build a robust pipeline and secure new accounts through professional presentations and tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals, while collaborating with operations to onboard clients and drive

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' proven B2B sales experience in logistics or related field.
• Experience in new business development, prospecting and customer acquisition.
• Ability to negotiate and close sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Valid unendorsed SA driver’s license and own transport.
• Experience with CRM systems and tender management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Proactively prospect for potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Generate leads through networking, market research and industry opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored logistics and courier solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and pricing.
• Participate in tenders and respond to proposals where required.
• Convert prospects into active customers and achieve new business targets.
• Collaborate with operational teams to onboard clients.
