Indsafri is seeking an AI Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using the Microsoft AI stack. You will work in a multidisciplinary delivery team focused on scalable, secure, and production-ready AI capabilities.

The role emphasizes translating business requirements into practical technical implementations, maintaining engineering standards, and enabling knowledge sharing within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and implement AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Develop solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI services.
• Configure prompts, orchestration logic, workflows, connectors, and integrations.
• Support proofs of concept, pilots, production solutions, deployments, and releases.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Develop reusable components, patterns, and accelerators.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Support testing, defect resolution, and performance optimization.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Follow established engineering standards and development practices.
• Participate in peer reviews and code reviews.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned to architecture principles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI development practices.
• Work with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and product owners.

The AI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-powered solutions using the Microsoft AI technology stack. The role contributes to business use-case delivery, platform enablement, and internal AI capability through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adherence to engineering standards.

The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary AI delivery team focused on scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design, develop, test, and implement AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Develop solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI services.
• Configure prompts, orchestration logic, workflows, connectors, and integrations.

Technical Skills

Essential

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents.
• API integration experience and understanding of authentication and security principles.
• Experience testing and debugging solutions.

Advantageous

• Power Platform, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, and Microsoft Fabric.
• DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or a related development language.

Experience

• 2-5 years of software development experience.
• Proven delivery experience in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI technologies.
• Experience building and deploying AI or automation use cases.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
