Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Records Administrator or in a similar admin role within aviation.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance records and documentation standards.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations related to record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage records of aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications.
• Ensure records comply with national and international aviation regulatory requirements.
• Process and file aircraft logbooks, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, etc.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel, engineers, and external agencies to gather information.
• Prepare reports on records status, compliance levels, and upcoming documentation needs.
• Assist in audits by regulatory authorities by retrieving and presenting required records.
