Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Aviation Operations Manager to oversee daily flight operations, plan schedules, and manage remote and on-site teams within a hybrid work model.

Candidates will ensure compliance with SA-CATS and ICAO, lead operational budgets, and drive continuous improvement in processes while fostering safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field.
