Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Aviation Operations Coordinator to manage flight operations from a remote location, liaising with flight crews, ground staff and stakeholders to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

In this role you will coordinate schedules, NOTAMs, weather briefings, and operational documentation, monitor real-time flight status, and act on delays, while maintaining clear communication with aviation partners in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aviation operations, flight coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of flight scheduling, airport operations, and aviation regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using flight operations software and communication tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with meteorology and air traffic control procedures is a plus.
