Qualifications

• Experience in cargo handling, logistics, or aviation is required.
• Knowledge of loading procedures and weight distribution is essential.
• Ability to interpret load sheets accurately.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in varying weather.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise loading/unloading of cargo and baggage onto aircraft.
• Calculate and verify aircraft weight and balance for safe flights.
• Ensure cargo is secured and restrained for flight safety.
• Coordinate with flight crew on manifests, weight distribution, and handling needs.
• Operate loading equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and hazardous materials handling protocols.
