Job summary

SACAA in Gauteng seeks a senior regulatory professional to oversee licensing standards, examiners, and training centres. You will monitor compliance, investigate non-conformances, and provide technical support to SACAA divisions and international counterparts.

You will develop CARs and CATS, conduct audits, review accreditation and conversion applications, and contribute to safety and security oversight through documentation updates and industry liaison.

Responsibilities

• Monitor discipline and ethics of pilot instructors and designated examiners.
• Investigate regulatory non-compliances and recommend remedial or enforcement measures.
• Provide factual reports of audits and inspections conducted on the training organisations.
• Update and amend all documentation, checklists, and procedures to ensure compliance with the regulations.
• Review applications for the accreditation of military experience and conversion of validation for foreign licences.
