Qualifications

• Proven experience as a GSE Technician or similar maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience working in an airport or aviation environment is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain airport permits.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various weather conditions in Klerksdorp.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all types of Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on GSE.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure all equipment operates within regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Respond promptly to urgent repair requests to minimize operational downtime.
• Operate GSE safely and effectively as required for testing and validation purposes.
