Job summary

Hired is seeking an Agentic AI Expert to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems capable of independent decision-making and task execution for enterprise environments. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a global technology leader on cutting-edge AI agent frameworks.

Responsibilities include building multi-step reasoning agents, implementing reinforcement learning and tool-use architectures, and integrating agents with external APIs and databases.

Qualifications

• Experience in building agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries like Hugging Face Transformers or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, tool-use mechanisms, and multi-agent coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI agents with multi-step reasoning capabilities for real-world applications.
• Implement reinforcement learning and tool-use architectures to enable agent autonomy.
• Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services for seamless operation.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent behavior with business objectives.
