Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Experience dealing with customers, preferably in an automotive workshop.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Customer-centric and professional approach.
• Well-presented and organised.
• Valid Driver's Licence.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage workshop service bookings and customer appointments.
• Welcome customers and assist with vehicle check-in.
• Liaise with customers, technicians, workshop staff and parts departments.
• Provide regular updates on vehicle repairs to customers.
• Communicate changes to repair estimates, costs and completion times.
• Advise customers on servicing and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate insurance repair authorisations where required.
• Handle confirmations, follow-ups and rescheduling for no-shows.
