MSX is seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk to manage warranty processes in the automotive sector in Cape Town. You will review claims, liaise with OEMs, monitor orders, and ensure compliance with specifications.

Ford experience is preferred and you will work within an equal opportunities environment, supporting aftersales with timely warranty communications and accurate documentation.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience as Service Advisor, Warranty Clerk, or similar technical roles.
• Ford experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review warranty claims and prepare/customise warranty papers.
• Administer and submit warranty claims for approval.
• Monitor repair orders for warranty authorisation.
• Address customer inquiries on warranty issues.
• Communicate warranty programs and bulletins to aftersales staff.
• Ensure compliance with warranty specifications.
• Maintain warranty data entry and filings database.
• Manage warranty claim submissions and resubmissions as needed.
• Prepare documents for warranty audits per OEM recommendations.
• Maintain and manage a warranty parts store per OEM specs.
