Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of mechanical engineering project management experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and component design principles.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Asana and CAD software; excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines; strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO/TS 16949) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple mechanical engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements with stakeholders.
• Oversee design and development of mechanical systems, components, and tooling for automotive applications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for procurement, manufacturing, and assembly.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical reviews.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Prepare and present project status reports and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; drive continuous improvement in engineering and manufacturing processes.
