You will be the primary contact for customers, understanding their vehicle needs, advising on services and repairs, and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to pick-up.

You will bridge the gap between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear communication and high levels of satisfaction.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
