Job summary

Lesley Snyman and associates CC is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join a dynamic team in the Western Cape. You will service distributors, demonstrate products, and grow the customer base through proactive engagement and strong product knowledge.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, willingness to travel monthly for a week, and proven sales experience. You’ll work with CRM systems, meet monthly targets, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in automotive
• Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to carry out product demonstrations
• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain relationships with the current distributor client base
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients, converting potential leads into sales
• Grow the product basket at end-user sites and promote the full range of offerings
• Identify and secure new clients to expand market reach
• Manage staff training and coordinate with the National Sales Manager
• Focus on new product sales and achieving monthly targets
• Regularly update and maintain CRM system with client interactions and sales activities
