Bonafide Human Capital (Pty) Ltd is partnering with a Polokwane-based commercial dealer to recruit a Sales Representative for Parts. The role focuses on maximizing sales opportunities and delivering excellent customer service to support dealer objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Parts Sales Executive in the motor industry, with strong product knowledge, good communication, and the ability to manage the sales process and stock.

Qualifications

• Matric or Grade 12 completed.
• Fully computer literate and proficient with basic software.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in parts sales within the motor industry.
• Knowledge of OEM systems or dealer management software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales opportunities and achieve dealer objectives through excellent customer service.
• Follow up on active prospects and maintain customer data.
• Manage the sales process and monitor progress to achieve targets.
• Ensure stock is monitored and policies are followed.
• Negotiate prices and retain existing customers while acquiring new business.
