Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in mechanical design, preferably automotive.
Proficiency in CATIA V5 or similar automotive CAD software.
Experience with CAE tools for simulation (ANSYS, Abaqus).
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components and systems for automotive applications using CAD software.
Perform rigorous analysis, including structural, thermal, and vibration analysis, for automotive parts.
Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
Collaborate with testing teams to conduct validation and performance testing of components and systems.
Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement effective solutions to improve product performance and reliability.
Ensure designs comply with automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO, SAE).
