Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 5–10 years’ experience within commercial, sales, Financial Services or automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive market dynamics and sales channels.
• Proven ability to develop and assess business cases.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships and key accounts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and deployment of Financial Services programmes and initiatives.
• Develop and manage relationships with Financial Services partners.
• Evaluate competitive financial products to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Partner with regional and global Financial Services teams on strategic initiatives.
• Drive retail programmes to increase vehicle sales and loyalty.
• Manage budgets and incentives across Retail and Financial Services programmes.
• Lead the demonstration vehicle programme and monitor compliance.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and management reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
