Agile Bridge in Pretoria is seeking an Automation Test Engineer who is passionate about technology and innovation, and eager to contribute to the successful implementation of solutions. You will join the development and testing team and help automate testing efforts across product lines.

The role focuses on designing robust test automation, debugging software, and maintaining quality standards. You will work with SQL, API testing, and performance testing tools while coordinating with developers

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years industry and job-related experience in automation testing.
Proficient in C# with NUnit or xUnit testing.
Experience testing websites, APIs, systems, or applications.
SQL skills are essential.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and write test automation scripts using xUnit, Playwright and Selenium.
Create SQL queries to verify business scenarios.
Develop and configure test automation networks and run stability tests.
Configure API testing using Postman, xUnit, or custom scripts.
Configure performance testing using JMeter or Postman.
Coordinate with developers to deliver stable software products.
Develop automated testing strategies and frameworks.
Analyse test approaches and execute acceptance, integration, installation, and system testing.
Develop test plans for performance testing and debug to understand objectives.
Establish test strategy and manual and automated test suites.
