Responsibilities

• Plan and execute service work with low to medium complexity per work instructions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer operations on-site.
• Perform field service tasks and remote analyses; troubleshoot equipment/process failures.
• Prepare material lists and ensure availability of parts and equipment for service activities.
• Develop the service business for the Process Industries division in the area.
