Job summary

GAP Consulting is seeking a seasoned Workshop Manager for an Accredited Auto Body Repair Centre. You will oversee daily workshop operations, lead a team, and ensure accurate repair estimates with strong technical knowledge of bodywork, paint processes, and vehicle systems.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, admin skills, and able to provide contactable references. Autobody repair qualifications are preferred. Salary is negotiable with benefits. On-site position in Wes-Kaap.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Workshop Manager at an Accredited Auto Body Repair Centre.
• A Qualification as an Autobody Repairer | Spraypainter will be beneficial.
• Must have Admin experience and be able to manage a team.
• Strong Technical knowledge of Vehicle Repairs, Bodywork, and Paint processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have experience on Dr Smash | Audatex | TMS | Vantage
• Must have Admin experience and be able to manage a team

Salary Structure

• Negotiable Basic Salary based on experience
