About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Body Shop Manager to lead their state-of-the-art collision repair center in Polokwane . This leadership role requires a strong understanding of all aspects of body shop operations, from customer reception and repair planning to quality control and financial management. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and leading a team of skilled technicians. This is a critical management position within a well-established automotive service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of auto body technicians, painters, and estimators.
