A leading Business Process Management firm in South Africa is looking for an Audit Specialist to conduct daily audits and ensure compliance with KPIs. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of experience in customer service or back office operations, coupled with good communication skills. Responsibilities include validating transaction logs and ensuring efficient turnaround. This position also offers US working hours with added benefits for night shifts and transport for late shifts.

Qualifications

• 6 -12 months experience with BPM/Customer Service/Back Office Operations.
• Ability to complete multi-step assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conducting manual audit, validate questionable entries & edit transaction log.
• Ensure quick, efficient and accurate turnaround.
• Check compliance with data protection legislations.
