Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 required.
• Diploma, certificate or degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping or Business Administration.
• Additional training in accounting systems is beneficial.
• Experience with billing, invoicing or accounts receivable preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately within deadlines.
• Validate billing information against contracts, quotations, purchase orders, pricing schedules and supporting docs.
• Handle credit notes, debit notes and invoice reversals with proper approvals.
• Respond to customer billing queries and resolve disputes.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with audits.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and billing records.
• Support revenue reporting and cash collection initiatives.
