Job summary

EdUpStairs is seeking a qualified professional to monitor UIA and COIDA programmes and analyse advisory systems. The role includes coordinating monitoring and evaluation of UIA & COIDA programs and supporting advocacy campaigns on UI & COIDA, especially during amendments.

The candidate should hold a three-year qualification and have at least one year of auditing experience, with knowledge of relevant acts and strong planning, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Three-year relevant qualification in Labour Relations Management/ BCOM LAW/LLB/Internal Audit.
• One year of functional experience in Auditing.
• Knowledge: Batho Pele, Public Service Act and Regulations, OHS Act and Regulations, COIDA, UIA, PFMA, BCEA, SDLA, LRA, UI Contribution Act, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act.
• Skills: Facilitation, Planning and Organising, Computer Literacy, interpersonal, Problem Solving, interviewing, Communication, Written and Verbal, Innovative, Analytical, Research, Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the implementation of UIA and COIDA Programmes and analyse advisory systems.
• Coordinate the process that monitors and evaluates impact of UIA & COIDA programs and support advocacy campaigns.
• Provide support in the implementation of Advocacy Campaigns on UI & COIDA, including amendments.
